In addition to providing support through talk therapy, I provide trauma-informed treatment to help you identify and process past challenges that may be impeding movement in your life. I teach useful skills that can help you manage difficult emotions, regulate behaviors, and improve relationships. I have experience working with a variety of needs, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, relationship challenges, grief, suicidality, self-injury, loneliness, and an overall lack of fulfillment.
The treatment I provide is integrative, incorporating components from talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.
